Who we are

This website is run by bus.kiwi. For any privacy question or request, email info@bus.kiwi.

Enquiries

If you email us, we use your message and contact details only to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Hosting

The website runs on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which can set cookies (for example _ga) to measure how the site is used, such as pages viewed. We use Google Consent Mode: visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner (legal basis: your consent, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Elsewhere analytics is on by default. Wherever you are, you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page; the choice is stored in your browser for about 6 months. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@bus.kiwi. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in New Zealand, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner).
